He is a published author whose topics include the history of citizenship for women and an analysis of Lincoln's decisions. For the past six years his timely and instructional proposals which have highlighted new technologies and their cyber ethical implications have been chosen by the International Chair Leadership Academy for presentation at their annual International conferences.
Recently, he was selected to be part of the team of DEG Productions to produce instructional paralegal videos. Throughout the video, Mr. Seger presents interesting cases and experiences from his personal legal practice to highlight the topics in his scripts.
His professional accomplishments include the practice of law for over 25 years, a professorship in Instructional Technology and Cyber Ethics in the graduate program at the University of Bridgeport and currently a professorship in library science and paralegal studies at the State University of New York Suffolk County Community College. Awards include the Hugh Behymer Award of Academic Achievement from Long Island University Palmer School and the Idalynn Karre Exemplary Leadership Award from the International Chair Academy.
